Elle Amante is the side gig, or side chick if you will, of Elena Krupicka.
A play on words, "el amante" in Italian or Spanish is "the lover." The phrase is used to identify a person as a romantic partner or mistress. Elena is currently employed full time as a footwear designer at New Balance Lifestyle, but Elle was born as a venue to explore her interests outside her nine to five, including metalsmithing, ceramics, sewing, thrifting, upcycling, painting, and so much more. Hence, Elle Amante is literally Elena's design mistress. The name also signifies Elena herself, "Elle" as some international friends call her, as a lover of all things creative and craft.
