Q: Where do your products come from?
A: We carefully source secondhand and vintage pieces from trusted suppliers and private collections, and we also carry handmade sterling silver jewelry created by local artisans. Our upcycled items are one-of-a-kind garments reimagined from pre-loved clothing.

Q: How do I know the quality of secondhand or vintage clothing?
A: Every piece is thoroughly inspected for quality, condition, and authenticity before being listed. We only sell items that meet our high standards for durability, comfort, and style. Because of the nature of products we are selling, there may be small blemishes present on the garment, but they will always be disclosed on the listing. 

Q: Are your products sustainable?
A: Yes! By sourcing secondhand, upcycled, and handmade items, we help reduce textile waste and offer an eco-conscious alternative to fast fashion.

Q: Are your jewelry pieces real sterling silver?
A: Yes. All of our handmade jewelry is crafted from genuine .925 sterling silver.


Sizing & Fit

Q: How do I know if an item will fit me?
A: We provide detailed measurements in each product description. Since many of our pieces are vintage or one-of-a-kind, sizing may differ from modern standards, so we recommend comparing our measurements with a garment you already own.


Shipping & Returns

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Currently, we only ship within the USA. We’re working on expanding to more locations soon!

Q: How long does shipping take?
A: Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 5–7 business days.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Due to the unique, one-of-a-kind nature of our items, we accept returns only for items that arrive damaged or not as described. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there’s an issue.

A: We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options offered at checkout.

Q: How can I check my order status?
A: Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


Care & Maintenance

Q: How should I care for vintage or upcycled clothing?
A: Many vintage fabrics are delicate. We recommend gentle washing (hand wash or cold wash) and air drying and/or dry cleaning to preserve the quality and longevity of your garments. As a general rule, any clothing made of silk or wool should only be dry cleaned.

Q: How do I care for sterling silver jewelry?
A: To keep your silver jewelry shining, store it in a dry place and polish occasionally with a soft cloth. Avoid exposing it to harsh chemicals or prolonged moisture. Jewelry can be cleaned using hot water, dish soap, and a toothbrush. Scrubbing should be done gently and the jewelry should be fully dried before going into storage.
